Communication hierarchy
Please, adhere to the one-level communication hierarchy, do not skip your contact person!!
Web editors
They adjust the web content. They ask the administrator of their website for help.
Web administrator
Adjusts the settings of the web, manages the web editors and provides them with support. This person may contact the diocesan key user, if in need of help, if he/she wishes to report an error or has an idea for improvement. The web administrator is the person responsible and the contact person administered in the main system. Only the diocesan key user may change the web administrator.
Contact person for CCR country offices web editors: Eva Procházková - eva.prochazkova@charita.cz
Diocesan key user
This person may make a request for the change of the web administrators and their passwords. This is the only person authorized to found and launch new websites. If needed, this person may discontinue, archive or delete the websites. This person should fully master the CMS, in order to be a mentor for the web administrators. He/she collects their incentives, takes part in the national meetings, proposes changes and has the right to vote. The key user should organize web meetings in their diocese, inform and train the web administrators, or provide an external trainer. The diocesan key user is appointed by the diocesan director.
The diocesan key user fo CCR: Tereza Linhartová - tereza.linhartova@charita.cz
Do you need help with how to proceed?
- Please, read the manuals on this website.
- Try searching for the key words on top of this page (see magnifying glass).
- Are you a web editor and you do not know, whom to approach, because you do not know, who is your administrator? Contact the diocesan key user, who will find the name and contact.
- Do you want to report an error, or do you want to propose some new function? Send it to eva.prochazkova@charita.cz
Why is the hierarchical system used? Because there are many questions, which come repeatedly, and which arise from bad communication, by not forwarding the information, or neglected training. The web administrator should not be someone without training with the CMS system and without being familiar with the basic rules.
